Its growth is due in part to the many aggressive T-Mobile deals and offers always available for new and current customers, with discounts on phones and other accessories.

What better way to skip the Apple Tax than to get a new phone for free? When you switch to T-Mobile, you can trade-in your current phone for an iPhone 11 or iPhone SE provided you meet certain conditions. If you have a newer phone like the Samsung Galaxy S10, iPhone X, or Pixel 4, you’re eligible for the free iPhone 11. If you still have an iPhone 7 or 8, you can trade it for the iPhone SE. If you’re interested in an iPhone but you don’t want the iPhone 11 or SE, T-Mobile has more options for you. You can save up to 50% on an iPhone XR when you switch to T-Mobile — no trade-in required. All you need is one eligible voice line and you’re set.
You can also save up to $700 on the powerful iPhone 11 Pro and Pro Max as long as you don’t mind a trade-in. The trade-in options are the same as the iPhone 11 deal above, or you can trade a Google Pixel 3, Galaxy S9, or OnePlus 7 Pro for a $500 discount.
This Samsung Galaxy Watch deal allows you to get a free watch after paying for the first one. Up for grabs are the Samsung Galaxy Watch or the slightly newer Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 2. As usual, you need to buy the first device on installment over 24 months and the second device gets paid for via bill credits for the same time period.
You’ll also need to add one Digits line to your account, which will allow your LTE-enabled smartwatch to make and receive calls.
This is a great deal regardless if you are a new T-Mobile customer or an existing subscriber. The deal is simple: add a second line to a qualifying plan and get a free smartphone on that new line. Free is always the best price!

To qualify for this promotion, you’ll need to either already have or start a Magenta or Essentials line and then add a second Essentials or Magenta line to that same account. The price of the free phone will get charged to your account monthly over the next 24 months, but a bill credit each month will cancel out that charge. If you leave T-Mobile before the full 24 months have elapsed, you will be responsible for paying the balance of the device.
One thing that beats saving money to switch carriers is being paid to switch. Right now, T-Mobile is offering $200 to do just that. Not just one payment of $200 either, you can get $200 for each line that you switch. You can either buy a new device or bring your current one, and as long as you bring your phone number you’re all set.
Once you switch, you have two weeks to visit T-Mobile and enter the promo code 2020SWITCH1 for each line you bring over. In order to get your prepaid Mastercard, you’ll have to make sure that your phone’s IMEI number is eligible. Luckily, T-Mobile has an IMEI checker right on its site.
