The 3,140mAh battery can’t be charged wirelessly, but it’s only frills like this and the lack of an IP rating that you’re giving up for a great phone that retails at less than half the price of other flagships.

As well as an upgrade from 4GB to 6GB of RAM, the design of the Pixel 4a is leaps and bounds better than that of the Pixel 3a too. Both phones are plastic, but Google gave the Pixel 4a a matte texture that makes it feel much nicer and less slippery than its predecessor.
