It’s not just you - Facebook is down for everyone right now (Update - Back up!) - Android

Update, November 28, 2019 (12:52 PM ET): After a few hours of being down, Facebook is now back up and running. Now you can send those messages to your friends and family for Thanksgiving!

If you are trying to view Facebook right now and coming up with a blank page, it’s not you or your internet connection. Facebook is down right now for everyone.

The outage, which appears to be a worldwide problem, has been going on for about an hour now. This is quite a significant outage for the website since today is Thanksgiving Day in the United States and many people are logging in to send well-wishes to friends and family.

It’s likely this won’t last for too long, but the holiday could mean that there are fewer technicians around to address the issue. Hopefully, Facebook won’t be down for much longer. We will update this page as soon as it’s back and running as normal.
