Founded in 2009, Simple Mobile is a US prepaid carrier operating on T-Mobile’s network. It doesn’t have as large of a customer base as T-Mobile, but the company has managed to activate a few million subscribers so far. As with other carriers, Simple Mobile lets you activate your own phone on its network. However, the carrier sells over 50 handsets to those who want them. With so many options available, we’ve rounded up the best Simple Mobile phones you can buy to save you some time.
Editor’s note: We will update this list of the best Simple Mobile phones as new devices launch.
Samsung’s latest Galaxy S series consists of three phones: the Galaxy S20, S20 Plus, and S20 Ultra. The Ultra model offers the most of the three, sporting a large 6.9-inch display, as much as 16GB of RAM, and a triple-camera setup at the back (108MP+48MP+12MP) along with a ToF sensor. The phone is powered by the Snapdragon 865 chipset and packs a 5,000mAh battery.
The Galaxy S20 Plus is next in line, coming with a 6.7-inch display and triple-camera setup at the back featuring 64MP, 12MP, and 12MP shooters and a ToF camera. The phone packs a 4,500mAh battery and 12GB of RAM. It’s powered by the same chipset as the Ultra model.
The regular Galaxy S20 is very similar to the Plus model. The major differences are that it comes with a smaller 6.2-inch display, packs a smaller 4,000mAh battery, and lacks a ToF sensor. All three phones sports an in-display fingerprint scanner, an IP6 rating, and wireless charging. And no, none of them have a headphone jack.

Samsung did something different with its latest Galaxy Note series. Instead of just offering one device as in previous years, the company announced two of them last August. You have the regular Galaxy Note 10 and the pricier Galaxy Note 10 Plus, both of which are available at Simple Mobile. Samsung also unveiled the Galaxy Note 10 Lite at the beginning of the year, but the carrier isn’t selling it.
Opting for the Galaxy Note 10 Plus gets you more RAM and storage, a microSD card slot, a larger display with a higher resolution, a larger battery, and a time-of-flight (ToF) rear sensor. Otherwise, the Galaxy Note 10 and 10 Plus feature the same specs.
That means you get the Snapdragon 855 processor, an in-display fingerprint scanner, wireless charging, an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance, and the updated S Pen. So even if you go with the smaller Galaxy Note 10, you still get a flagship-level smartphone, which fits better in your hand than the Galaxy Note 10 Plus.

Last year was the first time Samsung introduced three Galaxy S phones: the Samsung Galaxy S10e, Galaxy S10, and Galaxy S10 Plus. For the most part, all three phones are the same. There’s the Snapdragon 855 processor, Super AMOLED displays, water and dust resistance, headphone jack, punch-hole selfie cameras, and Samsung’s One UI skin on top of Android 9 Pie, which can already be upgraded to Android 10.
